Kimberly Ann Quincey, 51, of Homosassa, FL passed away on July 18, 2022 after a brief illness at Shands Hospital in Gainesville, FL.

Kimmy, as she was known by close family and friends, was born on September 12, 1970 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Rochester, NY. She is predeceased by her father, John Quincey and step-mother, Sheila Quincey of Batavia.

Survivors include her mother, Marilyn Quincey, of Lutz, FL and her son Talon (Madison) Gauthier. Her surviving siblings include; Lana (Gary) Cotsonas of Homosassa, FL, Christopher (Valerie) Liles of Byron, Jeremy (Sandra) Liles of Batavia, and Ashley (Jason) Mlyniec of Batavia; also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Kimmy, was a former hairdresser and loved exploring new places, often with her longtime friend Brian O’Connor of FL. She was known to go skydiving as often as she could and enjoyed hiking. She always made sure to visit Letchworth State Park when she visited family in NY. She had a huge heart for animals, especially her dog Molly, whom she often traveled with. Kimmy enjoyed renovating her house, boating, fishing, and being a grandmother to her three grandsons Hayden, Jayce, and Camdin Gauthier.
