Mrs. Beverly J. Dilcher

Bergen - Beverly J. Dilcher, 78 of Bergen, passed away on Tuesday, September 20, 2022 at Crossroads House.

Mrs. Dilcher was born Friday, April 21st, 1944 in Robinson, Pennsylvania a daughter of the late Lloyd Smith and Sarah Busch Smith.

She was the head cook for 28 years at the New York State School for the Blind in Batavia. Along with her late husband, Dayton, they would drive their RV to Lake George for vacation. Since 2010, she camped at Skyline RV & Camping Resort. She loved to cook and work word search puzzles.

Beverly is the wife of Dayton D. Dilcher Jr. who passed away on June 28, 2021.

Surviving are her children, Ryeder (Dawn) Dilcher of Byron, New York and Cammy Young of Trout Run, Pennsylvania; four grandchildren, Mark Dilcher of Byron, Kyle Dilcher of Bergen, Sheena (Tyler Hamilton) Dilcher of Byron and Colton Young; her brother, Roger (Gloria) Smith of Batavia; her sister, Joyce Smith of Aliquippa, Pennsylvania along with several nieces and nephews.

 She is predeceased by her siblings, Rev. William Smith, Frederick Smith and Connie Bird.
