Upon graduating from Corfu High School in 1960, Nancy went on to attend Syracuse University and later marry Richard M. “Rich” Ameigh. Together they shared 51 years of happiness watching their family blossom. Nancy was a devoted wife, wonderful mother to Matthew M. Ameigh (Lisa), and Elizabeth A. Ameigh, fantastic grandma to Cameron and Charlotte, sister to Arthur Koert, an Aunt to numerous nieces and nephews, and a friend to many. She is preceded in death by her parents and siblings Russell Koert Jr., Sylvia (Koert) Cecere, and Kathleen (Koert) Trader. She will be greatly missed by all who love her.
Nancy dedicated her life to being the best mom and grandma and her family was her greatest joy. In her free time, she loved her artwork, baking her signature chocolate chip cookies and volunteering. She was an active member of the Audubon Women’s Club for over 40 years.
Relatives and friends are invited to Nancy’s Life Celebration on Saturday October 22, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Boyd-Horrox-Givnish Life Celebration Home of East Norriton, 200 West Germantown Pike, Norristown, PA 19401.
