Batavia - Tanya L. Campbell, 43 of Batavia passed away, losing her long battle with cancer on Saturday, November 5, 2022, at her home surrounded by her loved ones.

Tanya was born Tuesday, June 5th, 1979 in Dansville, NY, a daughter of James and Sheila Meyer. She was a proud, loving mother to her two boys, Skylar and Devin Harmon, working hard to build a strong foundation for them. Tanya married the love of her life, Daniel Campbell, on February 4, 2022. She worked as a Line Lead for Angelica Textile Services in Batavia.

Tanya loved her family and spending time with them. She was the life of the party, the strongest, the most compassionate, and brought joy to everyone's heart. She enjoyed riding on the motorcycle, and crafts. Christmas was her favorite season, with many decorative trees in her home, including an all-seasons tree for every holiday. Tanya loved to visit people and talk while relaxing in the sun. She was a loyal friend and always watched out for others. She was a confidant for her sisters, and loved having morning coffee.  She loved her dog (Lily) and grand-dog (Darcy). 

Tanya is survived by her husband, Daniel Campbell, of Batavia; children, Skylar Harmon and Devin Harmon, of Batavia, ; and stepchildren, Mikael Campbell, Cody Campbell, Delilah Campbell, and Makenna Campbell, of Binghamton; mother, Sheila Meyer, of Batavia, her sisters, Janette (Paul) Cipra, of East Bethany, and Jessica (Joe) Hewitt of Batavia; nieces and nephews, Sage (Kyle) Hopkins, Makayla Meyer-Corkery, Jasmine Hewitt, Dana (Shelby) Cipra, Allison and Dana Cipra, Jr., Breanna Peorier; mother-in-law, Debra Chidester; 3 aunts, a uncle, and several cousins.

In death Tanya is reunited with her father, James Meyer; brother, Shane Dann, and Grandmother, Ruth Recktenwald.

Per the family's wishes there will be no calling hours or services. Memorial contributions may be made to Lipson Cancer Center or Genesee Cancer Assistance Inc.-127 North Street Batavia, NY 14020.
