Casey was born April 17, 1959, in Batavia, a son of the late Charles A. and Bette (Jones) Palmer.
Casey was a diamond tool maker at Scomac in Bergen for 43 years. He enjoyed bowling and was a member of the Elks Lodge for 20 years.
Surviving are his wife, Rebecca Palmer; children, Casey A. (Alicia) Palmer, Jr. and Charlie (Steven Oviatt) Palmer; brothers, C. Patrick (Carlene) Palmer, Timothy J. Palmer, Duffy (Mark Siwiec) Palmer and Brian (Janis) Palmer; sister, Shaun Francis and several nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by a brother, Michael Palmer and his brother-in-law, Rod Francis.
Calling hours are Friday, December 2, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Bohm-Calarco-Smith Funeral Home, 308 East Main Street, Batavia. There will be no funeral service.
