Lisa Jane Bannister, 62 of Attica, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday (September 26, 2023) at Rochester General Hospital.
She was born February 15, 1961 in Buffalo, NY, a daughter of the late Clarence and Virginia Dunn Burns.
Lisa was a devoted wife and mother who cherished her family. She always placed everyone else first before herself. She enjoyed music, shopping, gardening and traveling to the ocean. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
She was predeceased by her son Michael Burns, who passed away on June 2, 2023.
Survivors include her husband, Christopher Bannister of Attica. Children, Brandon (Samantha) Burns of Dansville, Kaitlyn (Michael) Tiede of Silver Springs and Arin Bannister of North Java. Grandchildren, Denton Tiede and Elias Burns. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.
