Batavia native Nathaniel Mullen graduated on Feb. 25, 2013 from the Valencia College Criminal Justice Institute located at Orlando, Fla. Nathaniel is employed as a Deputy Sheriff for the Orange County, Fla., Sheriff's Department.

The assessment of Assistant District Attorney Will Zickl is that Carlos Torres is "committed to the commerce of illegal drugs," and today Judge Robert C. Noonan said he agrees.
