Our next meeting for the Batavia Neighborhood Watch Project will be Tuesday, September 22nd at 7:30pm. Our venue is changed; we will be meeting at Coffee Culture, so please take note. Everyone is more than welcome to attend.

Our agenda will be as follows:
1. Bike rack update
2. Austin Park game night recap
3. Banner and t-shirt pricing- status
4. Eastown Beverage update
5. Pay It Forward
6. Any new ideas or projects for the future?

Our next scheduled meeting will be Tuesday September 8th at 7:30 pm in the Richmond Memorial Library.
We are growing and welcome new members and ideas always!
Without the dedication of our core group members, none of these projects would be possible....Thank you to all!   Come join us....help out our community and have fun in the process. We hope to see some new faces on Tuesday....everyone is welcome to attend!

Only two weeks left.  Join us at Austin Park's soft ball field for a fun night.  If you wish to help supervise the games, please meet at the red Care-A-Van truck at 5pm.  Those coming for the games (adults and children), please check in with Frank Schaivi or Sarah Christopher.

Batavia Neighborhood Watch Thursday Game Night at the softball field. Please join us. If you are coming to volunteer for Game Night, meet at the red Care A Van truck at 5pm. Games from 6 to 7:30pm. Batavia Neighborhood Watch Game Night

Meet us at the softball field at Austin Park for a rousing game of kickball.  Bring yourself, your kids, your grandma, or a team to challenge others.  Check in with Frank Schiavi or Sarah Christopher when you arrive.  If you would like to be an adult game supervisor, meet us at the red Care A Van truck at 5pm. Thursday night.  Go to the Care a Van picnic then meander over to the ball field to run off the calories.

Batavia Neighborhood Watch Project Board

The Batavia Neighborhood Project Board will meet Tuesday, 7:30pm  Aug. 11 at the Richmond Library.  The public is invited to learn about the proposed installation of bike racks in Batavia; the Austin Park Thursday Game Night; the possibility of forming a tree pruning public awareness group.  On the agenda is a short discussion regarding a logo contest.  https://www.facebook.com/groups/Batavianeighborhoodwatch/
