Fight breaks out at Hutchins and Lewis in the city after dog allegedly shot with BB gun

A fight was reported outside at Hutchins Place and Lewis Place in the city. A caller to dispatch says the fight broke out after a dog was shot with a BB gun. A black male and female and a white male were involved; they subsequently went into a gray house. City police are on scene at 22 Hutchins Place.
