Today's Poll: Should Brett Kavanaugh be confirmed as a Supreme Court justice?

Not until the sexual assault accusations are fully investigated, and he is cleared of them. This might take time. Fine - we sat with an open Supreme Court seat for almost 14 months just a year or so ago... this seat can remain open to ensure we don't put an attempted rapist on our highest court for a lifelong appointment.

No, until this is all cleared up. Like Tim said, we had an open Supreme Court seat for a long time. I don't see why there is an issue making sure the issue is cleared up before continuing.

Thomas - you mean the horrid way they treated a man who had sexually assaulted a subordinate?... and then they put him on the bench? They treated the victim much worse.

Yes Thomas, I wholeheartedly agree! Anita Hill followed Justice Thomas, a man she accused of sexual harassment, from job to job. Telephone logs presented as evidence at her hearing showed Anita Hill made numerous phone calls to her supposed sexual harasser after she stopped working for him. Anita Hill lied about being told something from a Democratic staffer, which she later admitted to under oath. Woman after woman who worked with Justice Thomas and Anita Hill gave favorable testimony about Thomas and refuted the claims by Hill of Thomas’ inappropriate behavior.
