Today, in Oakfield, I came across Ryan Byrnes and Joe Colon, both originally from Elba, having a first catch of the season.
They said nothing felt better after a long winter than tossing a ball around.

I have twice put away the snow shovel. Sure hope I don't need it again this year

Its kind of along the same lines as when you have a fly in your house that keeps "bugging" you, as soon as you get out the flyswatter, you dont see the fly again. Leave the flyswatter out and you wont see another fly all season. :)
