Probably the kind that may have been related to the child that was injured last week by his granfather who was drinking and mowing the lawn, and ended up backing up and running over his grandson. Power tools and drinking just dont mix.....but then again thats common sense, somthing some people seem to be lacking nowadays.

If he was own property mowing his lawn, this may be the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard.

If he was on his way to Kwik Fill for smokes (or more beer), then it may be a justifiable arrest.

What apple pie eating American doesn't enjoy a brew while mowing the lawn? I have a beer hat just for that and I thought it was a law that consuming beer and lawn mowing must be done together.

If someone calls the cops for that, they should be assessed a tattle tale tax, then tarred and sawdusted. I won't say "lit on fire" because that would sound violent and someone might call the cops on me for online bullying.

This happened not to long ago when I was living in Lancaster... A guy down the street from me drove his riding mower over to a convenience store to pick up... You guessed it, more beer. He was pretty loaded... I think there were more police on the scene than for an accident.

tatteltale, snitch, rat,i don't have use for any of them...why can't people mind their own business?
if some guy on a lawnmower, drinking a beer, causes my demise,so be it... turn off your cell phone and get a life.

Yeah sure David its good to pump up your chest and thump it sayin you aint no rat or snitch.......til your the victim then your song changes and everyone should spill their guts so you can get your justice. Its people minding their own business that lets crime and unacceptable behavior get its first foothold. First you ignore the guy driving his mower drunk, then you ignore the bruises on his kids and wife, then you wonder why no one did anything when he shoots his wife and a stray bullet comes through your window and kills a loved one. Or you come home to an empty house cause your family was wiped out in a dui accident while you were at work.

Takes alot more balls to stand up for your morals or for whats right... then to slink around pretending not to see or using the excuse of minding ones own business to do nothing. Then complain when the community goes to hell.

Wait, does this guy have a lawn mowing business? If so, then he shouldn't be drinking a beer. But, if this is a guy mowing his own yard while enjoying a cold one and an A*sH*** neighbor called the police department to make a complaint, SHAME ON THEM!
