Renter on Bank Street reportedly left dog after moving

By Billie Owens

The woman who rented the lower apartment at 139 Bank St. in the City of Batavia is believed to have abandoned her dog after moving out. A neighbor called dispatch to report that the dog has been in the vacant residence for at least two days. An officer responded to the scene.

Her picture should be a half page on the front of the newspaper and her face splashed all over the news stations. Is it over the top to wish that people who do things like this to helpless animals would be forced to have a big tattoo put onto their forehead so they'd never again get the opportunity to have another pet?

You're right, Lori.
I'm thinking anyone, with Hervé Villechaize (Tattoo on Fantasy Island) attached to their forehead, would be too preoccupied to worry about owning a pet.

Wow, You read my mind Lori, I agree with you in everything you said. This person is a real piece of work. I hope the police follow up and arrest her for abuse. They know who she is and she should NOT get away with this. Why is Batavia such a haven for SCUMB BAGS who do things like this. If she thinks she got away with this she needs to think again......NOT. What you sow you also reap. That is the way the universe works!!
