On Friday July 9th 2010 Leadership Genesee, sponsored by Genesee County Cornell Cooperative Extension, will celebrate their 10 year anniversary with a ceremony prior to the start of Friday’s Muckdogs game.
The Citation Ceremony will begin at 6:45PM on the field. Federal, state, and local officials will present citations in honor of 10 successful years of Leadership training and civic awareness.
Peggy Marone, director of Leadership Genesee and YWCA Fabulous Female award winner-09, will be honored for her successful efforts to maintain and enhance Leadership Genesee over the past 10 years.
Come support this wonderful program which makes Genesee County a better place to live and work and stay for an exciting night of baseball. First pitch will be thrown out by Peggy Marone at 7:05PM.
