Batavia - Mr. Dennis D. Hendershott, 54, of Batavia, died Tuesday, August 10, 2010at United Memorial Medical Center.
Mr. Hendershott was born December 8, 1955 in Batavia, the son of Ann E. Hansen Hendershott of Oakfield and the late Donald Hendershott.
A resident of Oakfield for many years, Dennis loved horses.
Surviving along with his mother are five sisters, Judy (Terry) Kolb of Oakfield, Donna (Joe) Macaluso of Batavia, Diana Hendershott of Oakfield, Jane Brooks of St. Petersburg, Florida and Sally (David) Amend of Oakfield and several nieces and nephews.
There are no prior calling hours. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Burdett & Sanford Funeral Home, 11 Maple Avenue, Oakfield. Burial will be in Cary Cemetery, Oakfield.
