Judith had an extensive legal career in Buffalo and Rochester where she worked as a Court Reporter and Legal Secretary. She was a lover of fine arts and gardening.
In addition to her parents she is survived by her husband; Jon B. Peterson of Rochester; son Erik Peterson of Rochester; foster daughter Leeann Campany of Rochester; siblings Patricia (Donald) Smith of Wilson, Mary (Wayne) Keifman of Grand Island, Ellen (Joaquin) Aymerich of Naples, William (Paula) Mosman Jr. of Batavia, Daniel (Karen) Mosman of Boston, MA and Nancy (John Corey) Mosman of Williamsville; along with many nieces, nephews and 2 great nieces.
