Angeline "Lilly" Licata

Batavia- Mrs. Angeline "Lilly" Licata, 85, of Batavia, died Monday, (April 18, 2011) at United Memorial Medical Center.

Mrs. Licata was born April 11, 1926 in White Plains, the daughter of the late Antonio and Angelina (Dolorata) Scafetta.

She was a member of Resurrection Parish and enjoyed playing cards, gambling and flowers.  Her family meant a lot to her and was very important. 

Survivors include four sons, Salvatore (Renate) Licata of Batavia, Louis (Linda) Scafetta of Byron, Anthony (Debra) Licata of Batavia, Rito (Catherine Beitz) Licata Jr. of Batavia; a daughter, Deborah (Keith) Reamer of Pavilion; two brothers, Anthony (Frances) Scafetta of Batavia and Nicky (Shelly) Scafetta of Colorado; twelve grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.  

She is the wife of the late Rito Licata Sr.

Calling hours are Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Bohm-Calarco-Smith Funeral Home, 308 East Main Street, Batavia.  Services will be at 9:00 a.m. Friday, also at the funeral home.  Burial will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Batavia.
