LAWRENCE P. BROWN

LAWRENCE P. BROWN – Age 53, of Batavia died Wednesday evening January 8, 2014 at his home, following a long battle with MS. He was born July 17, 1960 in Buffalo, NY to Jack R. Brown of Williamsville and the late Loretta K. (Laney).

   Larry spent 4 years with the United States Marine Corps, serving as an MP (K-9 Unit). Following his service to our country, Larry was employed in the printing industry, having graduated from Erie Community College with a degree in computer science. He went on to engage in the manufacturing of various items at his business, "Creative Design" located in the Batavia Industrial Center.

   Surviving along with his father, are his siblings, Virginia of Syracuse, Mark (Sandra) of Canandaigua, Peter (Dianne) of Fredonia, Patrick (Maura) of Woodbridge, NJ, Scott (Jean Peca) of Batavia and Lindsey (E.J.) Martin of Braselton, GA; dear friend, Mary Ann Forgie of Batavia along with many nieces and nephews.

   Family and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Larry's Life 11:00 a.m. Saturday February 15, 2014 at the Michael S. Tomaszewski Funeral & Cremation Chapel, LLC 4120 West Main Street Road Batavia, New York 14020 where Military Honors will commence at the conclusion of the service. Memorials in his memory are suggested to the National MS Society - Upstate NY Chapter 1650 South Ave. Ste 100 Rochester, New York 14620-3901.
