Rose M. Golino, 95 of Batavia, passed away peacefully on Wednesday (December 29, 2021) at United Memorial Medical Center.

She was born June 7, 1926 in Utica, NY, a daughter of the late Francesco and Vincenza Girinei Pensiero.

Rose was retired from Clairol Cosmetic Co. in Connecticut and moved to Batavia, NY to be closer to family about 15 years ago. She was a strong, caring and kind hearted person who loved her family. They were the center of her life and will be missed dearly.

She was predeceased by her husband, Antonio Golino and brothers and sisters.

Survivors include her children, Cecilia (Frank) Chesnick of Batavia, Antonio (Andrea) Golino III of Byron and Vincenza (Ashraf) Ammar of Batavia. Sisters in-law, Victoria Pensiero and Mary Golino, both of Stamford, CT. Also survived and cherished by 7 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

There will be no prior visitation and funeral services will be held at a later date. She will be laid to rest in St. John Catholic Cemetery in Darien, CT.
