She is survived by her sons; Mark Forsyth of Winter Park, FL., and Timothy Forsyth of Surprise, AZ.; along with grandchildren Erica Forsyth, David Forsyth, Paul Wolski and Nathan Wolski; along with a niece Ann M. Falco.

A 9:30AM Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday March 17th at Resurrection Parish 303 East Main St. in Batavia. Annette will be laid to rest in Grandview Cemetery.
