She was born on April 12, 1940 in Batavia, a daughter of the late Lester R. and Jessie Post VanBuren.
Marian loved going to the casino, boating and tubing, gardening and tending to her flowers. She will be remembered by her family for being an amazing cook who loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Her husband, Ronald E. Neth, passed away on July 25, 1995.
She is survived by her children, Deborah (Donald) Nash of Batavia, Randy (Sharon) Neth of Waterloo and Tammy (Bob) Warden of Stroud, Oklahoma; four grandchildren, Nicole (Gregory) Voltura, Shane (Kelly) Nash, Daniel (Kara) Nash and Jeremy (Britney) Nash; six great-grandchildren, Angelo, Sara, Melissa, Jay-Lee, Madisyn and Sofia; her sister, Arlene Vanderwarker of Clarence; her sister-in-law, Diane (Thomas) Weider of Rochester and several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call on Friday from 10 am to 12 pm at the Bohm-Calarco-Smith Funeral Home, 308 East Main Street, Batavia where services will immediately follow visitation at 12 pm. *PLEASE USE SCHOOL STREET ENTRANCE FOR VISITATION AND SERVICES*. She will be laid to rest in Grand View Cemetery, Batavia.
