Free kiddie carnival on Thorpe Street in the city
A sign advertising a free children’s carnival was posted to a utility pole on the city’s Southside.
It states there’s a carnival at 19 Thorpe St. from 4 to 6:30 p.m. at 19 Thorpe St. in Saturday, Oct. 28.
Children from 0 to 13 are invited along with their parents and guardians.
An unspecified “special event” is to held at 5:45 p.m.
There will be free food, games and prizes, according to the unsigned poster.
