Notre Dame HS Sports Hall of Fame Announces Class of 2023

Notre Dame High School is proud to announce its 2023 Sports Hall of Fame Class. The Induction program will be held on Saturday, November 18 on the Notre Dame campus.

The program will begin with a social hour and dinner with the Induction recognition portion to follow.

Inductees to be honored on November 18, 2023 are:

  • Jimmy Fanara '67 Coach & Contributor
  • John Borrelli '86 Athlete
  • Jeff “Bingo” Messina '87 Athlete
  • Margaret Dwyer Niedzwiecki '88 Athlete
  • Carolyn Dwyer Babcock '91 Athlete
  • Maura Flynn Sprague '00 Athlete
  • 1999 NYSPHSAA NYS and NYS Federation Girls Basketball State Championship Team

Notre Dame High School is proud to announce that its 2019 Athletic Hall of Fame Induction will be held on Saturday, Nov. 9, at Notre Dame High School.

This fall’s program will begin with a social hour at 5:30 p.m. followed by a dinner at 6:30. The alumni student-athlete, contributor, service awards and 1967-1969 Varsity Wrestling program recognition portion of the program to follow at 7 p.m.

Tickets for this annual event will be $45/person and a table for 10/$400.

Notre Dame High School is located at 73 Union St. in the City of Batavia.

14th annual Batavia Blue Devil Athletic Hall of Fame Dinner is Sept. 26

The 14th annual Batavia Blue Devil Athletic Hall of Fame Dinner will be held on Saturday, Sept. 26, at Terry Hills Restaurant and Banquet Facility.

Cost is $30 per person. Social hour begins at 5 p.m., followed by dinner at 6.

Tickets are available at the Athletic Director's Office at Batavia High School. For more information, call 343-2480, ext. 2003.

This event is sponsored by the Batavia Coaches Association.
